LuciTech is building LuciCode — an AI Startup Factory to make starting easier. Describe your idea and get a working product you can share, not a demo that breaks when a real person tries it.
We started LuciTech because AI builders demo well and break in use. Founders spend months stitching prompts and half-built scaffolds. Most ideas stall between “it worked in chat” and “a real person can use it.”
LuciCode closes that gap. It researches, builds, tests, and checks each step, and shows its work as it goes.
Why we are building this
Testing an idea still takes capital — designers, engineers, researchers before you learn anything. That shuts out most builders, especially outside the usual hubs.
LuciCode flips that. You bring the idea and what you know. We handle the build. No fake logos or quotes — just a public build log and a waitlist.
Principles
How we make tradeoffs when we have to choose.
Deterministic Reliability Rails
LLMs are non-deterministic. Products cannot be. We wrap generation in verification, type-checking, and evidence gates so output is reproducible and shippable.
Evidence-Driven Routing
No single model is best for everything. LuciCode routes tasks to specialized models based on measured FUV (First User Validation) results and live evals, not marketing.
Technical Depth Signals
We reject buzzword-driven building. Every feature must expose its trace: dependency graph, test coverage, and failure modes. If you cannot inspect it, you cannot trust it.
Founder Leverage, Not Replacement
LuciCode does not replace founders. It compresses the 0→1 loop: research, validation, scaffolding, and iteration - so a single person can operate like a team.
What we are not
- - We don't list fake team members or advisors. LuciTech is early. We're building now.
- - We don't show fake testimonials or logos. Proof will come from shipped products, not stock photos.
- - We don't promise magic. AI is powerful and brittle. Our job is to make it hold up.
